Q: Do I need to have alloFactor?
A: Yes, you need alloFactor platform installed to use the fax solution. In fact if you are not actively using alloFactor you will not realize most of the benefits of this solution.

Q: Can you receive fax from another PM software?
A: Yes, alloFactor fax solution can receive fax from a regular fax machine or another fax software.

Q: Do I need internet to use this solution?
A: alloFactor requires a broadband connection with atleast 512Kbps bandwidth.

Q: Is there any charge other than per page fee?
A: There is a one time fee of $25 to setup each account. This fee will be charged only if you decide to continue after your trial period. After trial period, you will incur 10¢ per actual pages faxed.

Q: Do I need any other hardware or software?
A: No. You donot need any additional hardware or software

Q: Can I generate a report of faxes received?
A: Yes, You can see generate a report of faxes received in alloFactor reports.

Q: Do I need to make a long term commitment?
A: No. you can discontinue the service any time you choose to.

Q: How can I test your service?
A: The best way is to sign up for a free trial.

Q: Are you HIPAA compliant?
A: To be HIPAA compliant, when you register for alloFactor, ensure that you get the business associate agreement in alloFactor signed. This protects you and sets alloFactor as a covered entity of the clinic under the privacy standards set forth by HIPAA regulations.
