Your Data Security Is Our Top Priority
Privacy of patient data is as important to alloFactor as it is to our clients. alloFactor
has painstakingly assessed each access point from people, process and technology
perspectives to ensure privacy of patient data.
Authentication
The alloFactor platform enforces a successful login with a unique User ID and password
before allowing any access to clinic data. Authentication enables alloFactor to
identify each user and prevent any unauthorized access to clinic or patient data.
Logging
On successful login, the alloFactor platform displays the previous successful login
time along with the IP. This allows the user to notice any unauthorized use of their
userid and password. Also, after a
certain number of unsuccessful retries, the system locks out the user, and an
administrator intervention is required before access will be restored.
Secure Transmission
alloFactor uses Industry standard 128-bit encryption to transmit data. Data transfers
between the user's machine and alloFactor's Data Center and also all data within the
alloFactor Corporate network is securely encrypted. Encryption ensures eavesdroppers
cannot decipher the data while in transmission.
Data Storage
alloFactor stores data at a data center in Aplus.net, a leader in hosting solutions,
with physical access limitations to data. Sensitive data like passwords are encrypted
from even our technical administrators.
Corporate Network
Our corporate network is protected with highly secure firewalls. This ensures
protection from hackers accessing sensitive information.
Process
alloFactor has processes in place to monitor and detect any breach of security. Our
security council performs routine audits and recommends against any security holes.
